Can someone tell me how to execute this forex trade in a specific demo platform?

EUR/USD
1. Open a long order at 1.5673
2. Open a short order at 1.5579
3. Set stop loss to 30 pips
4. Set profit target to 80 pips
5. If long order is executed first, move the short to 1.5637
6. If short order is executed first, move the long to 1.5613

I understand the concept and what I'm supposed to do, but I can't make heads or tails of any of the trading platforms I come across. If anyone could suggest a good demo platform and could help me through setting up this trade, it would be
